It is both an honor and a privilege to provide assistance to those in need of these services. This requires effective communication and a comprehensive understanding of the entire process on both sides so that the seller and/or buyer are educated on the current market trends, becoming a “ready” seller or buyer, and how to best achieve this through the help of our expert team.
As a native Michigan resident, born an raised in Oakland County, Laurie Rouse and her team have a thorough understanding of the current market trends and what it takes to sell your home on a timely basis. Laurie has been certified as a luxury home specialist servicing high-end luxury homes including but not limited to where she currently resides in Bloomfield Hills as well as Metro Detroit. She has a true passion for architecture and design and provides "straight talk" on staging your home, which she feels is a necessity at times to accelerate the sales process. Her team also focuses on military, veteran, and first responders providing our services at a reduced commission. Laurie is a daughter of a retired policeman and has a deep sense of appreciation for what that commitment requires as a first responder. "These men and woman take on the role of our protectors for this country and our local communities and I feel a great sense duty to provide back to these men and woman on what is likely the single biggest investment of their lives and it is a true pleasure to give back." As a divorcee herself, Laurie realizes how this can compound the stress of selling or buying and welcomes the opportunity to assist those going through this difficult time. First time home buyers often come with the biggest learning curve in buying a home, and this is often a very competitive market. Laurie and her team are proud to help educate and provide guidance in "best practices" to “differentiate" their buyer from the rest of the competition in order to secure their first home!
